Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose [download form here], but you are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notification regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we you have been notified of your decision to withdraw from the agreement, returned to us. If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for such refunds. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, but in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are considered to have returned the goods on time if you send them back before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by you.

You are only liable for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
