Hold the Harmonica:

Left Hand:

• Hold the harmonica with your left hand with your thumb on the bottom and your fingers on top.
• Make sure the numbers are facing you, from low to high.

Right Hand:

• Cup your right hand around the back of the harmonica.
• Lay your right fingers over your left fingers.
• You can open and close your right fingers to change the volume.

Making Sounds:

• Put the harmonica on your lips and you can make sounds 2 ways:

BLOW: Breathe out gently over a hole to make a sound.

DRAW: Suck in gently (like sucking a straw) to make a different sound.

• To play the songs, the numbers indicate the hole number on the harmonica.

Taking Care of Your Harmonica

•Tap it gently to get out any moisture and wipe it with a clean cloth.
