Kikkerland guarantees that every product it supplies meets the normal requirements of reliability and usability. We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products in addition to the statutory warranty.

The legal warranty applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it and is at least two years.

A manufacturer's warranty also applies to some products. This guarantee does not affect the legal guarantee. If an item does not function properly within the applicable warranty, we will look for a suitable solution as soon as possible (new article or a refund of your money). Is the product broken by your own fault? Then you are not entitled to a new article or a refund of your money.
